Let's just say it: most of us learned everything we know about anal from porn or Cosmo. So we either avoid it, or push through discomfort and pain because we think that's just how it goes.

The good news is, it doesn't have to be that way!

This is a two-hour deep dive ( no cameras & no pressure) into the anatomy, the myths, embodiment practices, and the actual mechanics of anal pleasure. Whether you're anal-curious and terrified to ask, or you've been doing it for years and want to feel more, this workshop is for you.

What we’ll cover in the workshop —

—Setting the container—comfort, consent, and expectations.
—Anatomy 101 — probably more than you learned in health class
—The benefits nobody tells you about — there are more than you'd think
—Myth-busting — the stuff you've believed for years that just isn't true
—Breath & relaxation techniques — how to actually soften and relax the body for anal play
—Setting the scene — prep, supplies, and mindset before you dive in
—External anal play — where a lot of the good stuff actually happens
—Going deeper (internal anal play) — for people with a vulva or penis
—Best positions for anal play — if you're curious to take it further
—Live Q&A — ask us anything, including the stuff you'd normally just Google. You can ask out loud, anonymously in the chat, or send it to us ahead of time — whatever feels most comfortable.

Lucia Vasquez

Lucia is a Chicana, artist, and mother of six, raised in Oakland on Chochenyo Ohlone land, with roots in Uruapan, Michoacán. She's spent over 15 years doing hands-on body work — including years in sex work and Pro Domme practice — and has led affinity spaces, retreats, and healing circles rooted in anti-racism and restorative justice. She's a Board Certified Sexologist and Certified Tantra Practitioner, Tibetan Medicine, and Curanderismo. But she'll tell you her real credential is lived experience — her whole practice comes down to one belief: your pleasure isn't broken, it's something to be met.
